This recipe is completely off. 2 cups water is way too much; you will end up with a watery paste, then you will have to add about a cup of flour to compensate, and there will be insufficient yeast for the dough to rise correctly. Maybe try 1 cup water and add a little more until it gets to the right consistency. The picture looks nice, but you will NOT get that result by following this recipe.
