Ingredients
- 1kg Mullet fish, cleaned
- 30g minced garlic
- 30g Lemon Juice
- 15g Vegetable oil
- 2g Cumin Powder
- 1g salt
- 1/2g black pepper
- Bran coating:
- 150g Bran
- 1g chilli
- 1g Cumin
- 1g salt
- 1/2g black pepper

- Light up a charcoal grill
- Prepare the marinade by mixing up all ingredients together, rub all over the mullet from inside out. Leave it to marinade for one hour.
- Prepare the Bran coating by mixing its ingredients together, spread it all over the mullet and shake off any access.
- Grill the mullet till its cooked, sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice then serve hot.
