Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 200g Water
- 50g oil
- 5g salt
- 15g yeast
- 150g Walnuts
- 150g almond
- 20g rose water
- 20g flower water
- grape molasses or honey as desired

Instructions
- Add the flour, salt, yeast, oil and water to the mixing bowl and mix until you get good stretchy dough.
- Grind the walnuts and almonds and mix with rose and flower water in a bowl.
- Fill the rolled dough then fold it from the middle outwards then bake.
