  1. Dice tomatoes and keep the juice
  2. Fry the onions with olive oil
  3. add bulgur and stir for 2 minutes
  4. add tomatoes and juice
  5. add water till soaks the bulgur mix
  6. add chilly and salt to taste
  7. cover and leave on medium low heat for 30 minutes
