- 2cusp Raspy bulgur
- 1/2kg Onions
- 50g olive oil
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1lt Waterfor cooking
- 1kg Tomatoes
- chili powderto taste

Instructions
- Dice tomatoes and keep the juice
- Fry the onions with olive oil
- add bulgur and stir for 2 minutes
- add tomatoes and juice
- add water till soaks the bulgur mix
- add chilly and salt to taste
- cover and leave on medium low heat for 30 minutes
