  1. Chop swiss chard step into thick slices
  2. Boil them over medium heat until tender
  3. When fully cooked, rinse then well from water
  4. Mix tahini with lemon juice and garlic well
  5. Add dlo3 el selek and salt to taste
  6. Plate and serve

Traditionally, this recipe is served as an appetizer. Women cook it to avoid wasting steps of swiss chard, thus they use and cook all plant. As other recipes, we use to share it with our family and friends.
