- 100g olive oil
- 100g chickpeas
- 1spoon Tomato paste
- 1spoon salt

Instructions
- Peel, rinse, and chop vegetables.
- Sautee onions until they become red.
- Add potatoes, eggplants, tomatoes, chickpeas, tomato paste, and water.
