  1. Add the flour, salt, yeast, oil and water to the mixing bowl and mix until you get good stretchy dough.
  2. Clean watercress leaves and add chopped onion, tomato, salt, simmak, pepper and olive oil then mix well.

Miss Loranza started to work with her two sisters (Martha and Loswy). At first they worked for fun because their family owned the shop, and learned these recipes (pastries) from their mother. In the beginning they received support from the family , relatives and friends . Then this work became their daily activity.

Yes because watercress is planted all over Lebanon and can even be found in the wild. All kinds of Manqouchet are common in Lebanon and considered as a main or complimentary dish. it is also one of the main dishes of the Lebanese traditional Maza.
