- 2cups rice (rinsed)
- 1/4cup mini noodle pasta
- 1 Small onion
- 1cup Water
- 1cup chicken stock (warmed)
- 2tbs sunflower oil
- 1tsp salt

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pot, first add the pasta, followed by the onion (cook until the onion is softened, and the pasta is a light - medium brown color)
- Add the rice and do a quick stir, then add the water + stock, bring to a boil, then lower heat and allow to simmer, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice cooks.
