  1. Heat the oil in a pot, first add the pasta, followed by the onion (cook until the onion is softened, and the pasta is a light - medium brown color)
  2. Add the rice and do a quick stir, then add the water + stock, bring to a boil, then lower heat and allow to simmer, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice cooks.
