Instructions
- Sieve Flour. Add Salt and yeast. Knead gradually adding water as needed.
- Immediately cut dough into round pieces without leaving it to rise.Sprinkle a wooden board with radda (Bran) before placing the bread on it.
- Leave it rise for 15 minutes then turn over. Leave again to rise then decorate by creating shapes and patterns.
- Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes until golden brown
