Ingredients
- 750gm peeled cucumbers
- 750ml sour cream(yogurt)
- 1tbsp salt
- 2 garliccloves
- 1tbsp mint leavesdried and crushed

Instructions
- Cut the peeled cucumbers across in thin round slices and place them in a large bowl.
- Measure out the yogurt in a separate bowl and add to it the crushed garlic, salt and crushed mint.
- Mix the sauce well and add it to the cucumber
- Stir well and serve immediately
