Ingredients
- 2kg ground lamb meat
- 1 large onion
- 1cup Parsley
- Salt to taste
- 1teaspoon all spice
- ¼teaspoon black pepper
- Pita bread

- • Chop onions finely
- • Chop parsley finely
- • Mix well all ingredients with the parsley onions in a bowl
- • Take portions of the mix and mold into rolls 6 cm long (20 grams)
- • Place in the pan and bake in a pre-heat oven at 275˚ until brown
