  1. Chop the artichokes in slices, remove the inner tassel and put them in a bowl with water and some lemon juice, to prevent them from blackening.
  2. Dry them and put in a saucepan with the potatoes chopped in small pieces; add garlic, minced onion and parsley, a spoon of oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Put on low heat covering the pot for about half an hour. Serve warm.
