Ingredients
Cake
- 3cups Semolina
- 1 1/2cups sour cream
- 1 1/2cups Sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- 1/4tsp Vanilla
Syrup
- 3cups Sugar
- 2cups Water
- 1/2tsp Lemon Juice
- 1tsp tahini

Cake
- Mix semolina, sugar, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla until the mix becomes smooth
- Rub pan with tahini
- Pour mix in pan
- Smoothen with wet hand
- Bake 40-45 minutes at 160˚ until top is brown
Syrup
- Boil sugar and water
- Add lemon juice
- Pour on the cake
