Ingredients
- 3cups Red lentils
- 2cups Rough Bulgur
- 0.5Kg onion
- 250g olive oil
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1kg Waterfor cooking

Instructions
- Wash the lentil and boil in water.
- Peel and chop the onion then cook it until it changes color.
- Add the boiled lentil and just before it is done add the bulgur.
