- Rinse chicken well then pat dry
- Combine all ingredients of marinade
- Sautee onions very well in olive oil add broth (set aside)
- Bake the chicken for 40 minutes – until done
- Put bread flat in Baking pan
- Add chicken + cooked onions + nuts, broil for 10min or until brown.
- Serve each piece with bread, onions & nuts on a plate.
