- 4bunches Parsley
- 1bunch Green Mint
- 1/2kg Tomatoes
- 250 g onion
- 350g Red lentils
- 100ml Lemon Juice
- 2spoons Pomegranate molasses
- 4spoons olive oil
- 1sprinkle salt

Instructions
- Wash lentil and soak it in water from morning or at least before two hours of cooking.
- Wash , dry and chop parsley finely
- Separate mint leaves from stems and chop finely
- Chop onions finely
- Mix all ingredients and serve cold
- Add dressing made of salt leman and olive oil.
