  1. Method similar to the one of the pies.
  2. The pudding base needs more yolks than whites.
  3. Cook in a water bath.
  4. One tin, greased with butter and sprinkled with sugar.
  5. Oven - 180 ºCThe quality of the product, acquired to small producers ("regueiras"). Do not mix at maximum speed.
