Ingredients
- 1kg Beef Liver, sliced into thin strips
- 20g garlic minced
- 70g Onion, julienne
- 150g Green Bell Pepper, julienne
- 5g Cumin
- 1tbsp White Vinegar
- 2tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 4pc Bran Bread

- In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Saute the onion and bell pepper then add the garlic and saute till fragrant.
- Season the liver with salt pepper and cumin. Add to the vegetables and saute untill browned and cooked through, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
- Finally add the tbsp. of vinegar, adjust seasoning and serve in the bran bread.

Leave the beef liver in season for some time (30 minutes)
