Instructions
  1. In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Saute the onion and bell pepper then add the garlic and saute till fragrant.
  2. Season the liver with salt pepper and cumin. Add to the vegetables and saute untill browned and cooked through, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Finally add the tbsp. of vinegar, adjust seasoning and serve in the bran bread.

Leave the beef liver in season for some time (30 minutes)
