  1. Put 200 g of sugar in a pan, cover with water and bring it to the boil until firm ball stage.
  2. Remove from the heat, add and mix the almonds. When warm, add the egg yolks and heat again while stirring until it thickens. Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
  3. Prepare one thread stage syrup with the remaining sugar and water. Put the syrup in a frying pan and simmer. When boiling, add the egg- threads and, on top of these, pour the previously made mixture of sugar, almonds and egg yolks.
  4. With the help of two spatulas, wind the eggs with the filling, stirring them together.
  5. Let it brown and remove from the frying pan.

Eggs Each egg (medium size – 45 g) has approximately 67 calories. It contains proteins of high biological value, which are important for human food. Rich in vitamins A, D, K, B2, B12 and folate.
