Ingredients
- 1kg broad beans
- 1kg cuttlefish
- 100g olive oil
- 200g onion
- 200g Green pepper
- 200g Red pepper
- 200g Tomato
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1 whole chilli
- 10g ground cayenne pepper
- 20g green anise

- Stir-fry the vegetables and the garlic.
- Add the cut cuttlefish.
- Add the cayenne, chilli and anise.
- Dry with water.
- Add broad beans broken by hand.
