Ingredients
- 1/2Kg Swiss Chard
- 3tablespoon tahini
- 1/2cup Lemon Juice
- 1clove garlic
- saltto taste

- Chop swiss chard step into thick slices
- Boil them over medium heat until tender
- When fully cooked, rinse then well from water
- Mix tahini with lemon juice and garlic well
- Add dlo3 el selek and salt to taste
- Plate and serve
