  1. Wash spinach and chop.
  2. Sprinkle with salt for 15 minutes.
  3. Squeeze spinach – remove excess water.
  4. Chop the onions coarsely.
  5. Mix spinach, onions, salt, pepper, lemon juice, ½ the oil.
Basic dough:
  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil, water.
  2. Knead until dough is ready.
  3. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Make dough balls (15) and set aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Flatten dough balls and fill with spinach mix, making sure all spinach mix is covered.
  6. Bake in the pan in a pre-heated oven 275˚ until golden brown.
