Ingredients
- 1cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2cup Wheat flour
- 1/2tbsp active dry yeast
- 2/3cup WaterLuke warm
- 1/2tbsp saltto taste
- 1/4cup extra virgin olive oilsplit
- 1 medium onion
- 2tbsp Lemon Juice
- Pepperto taste
- 1/2kg fresh spinach

Instructions
- Wash spinach and chop.
- Sprinkle with salt for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze spinach – remove excess water.
- Chop the onions coarsely.
- Mix spinach, onions, salt, pepper, lemon juice, ½ the oil.
Basic dough:
- Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil, water.
- Knead until dough is ready.
- Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Make dough balls (15) and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Flatten dough balls and fill with spinach mix, making sure all spinach mix is covered.
- Bake in the pan in a pre-heated oven 275˚ until golden brown.
