  1. • Chop onions finely
  2. • Chop parsley finely
  3. • Mix well all ingredients with the parsley onions in a bowl
  4. • Take portions of the mix and mold into rolls 6 cm long (20 grams)
  5. • Place in the pan and bake in a pre-heat oven at 275˚ until brown
